"Movin' On" - sold out!
The Southdown Ramblers' debut album, "Movin' On", has now officially sold out! Thanks to everyone who purchased a copy of the album and helped make it into such a success!
The Ramblers are planning to return to the recording studio at some point in the next few months, to record a follow-up album featuring some of their most popular songs from recent live performances. As soon as this becomes available, we'll let you know here on the band's official website. Please keep checking back for news and updates!

It's been a while since any major updates were done to this website, but that's all changed now with this latest version, a whole new site filled with up-to-date info on one of the south coast's leading bluegrass bands! We hope you enjoy listening to the Ramblers' music and exploring this new website!
The Southdown Ramblers at Findon Acoustic Club

The band continue to be busy, bringing their unique brand of bluegrass to lots of different venues. The band now have a regular 30-minute spot at the Way Out West Country Music Club which meets at Washington Village Hall every third Thursday of the month - the club is an offshoot of the famous Washington Music Club where the Ramblers had a residency from 2008 - 2010. At the next Country Music Club night, the Ramblers will be headlining, and will be joined on stage by their good friend and legendary local fiddle player Jon Wigg!
